Arrow Escape Tap & Clear is a casual puzzle game in which players release directional arrows, solve maze puzzles, and progress through levels. This policy applies to the Android application identified by package name com.arrow.puzzle.escape.clear.path.

02 Information we collect

The core puzzle experience does not require you to enter your name, phone number, postal address, or payment-card details, or create a separate game account.

However, through integrated third-party services like Google AdMob and platform SDKs, technical and device information is automatically collected to support app functionality, show advertisements, and improve performance. This includes:

• Device identifiers (such as Google Advertising ID / GAID)
• IP address and general coarse location data (e.g., country or city level)
• Device specifications (model, screen size, operating system version)
• App interaction, crash logs, and performance diagnostics

03 Gameplay and settings

The Game saves information locally on your device to support game features such as:

• Unlocked levels and puzzle completion progress
• Hints, undo state, and gameplay preferences
• Sound, vibration, and visual theme settings

Locally saved information helps you continue playing without starting over. Removing the app or clearing its storage may erase locally stored progress, subject to Android backup behavior.

04 Advertising (Google AdMob)

Arrow Escape Tap & Clear displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. Advertisements help support the ongoing development and free access to our Game.

What AdMob Collects & Uses

Google AdMob uses software development kits (SDKs) embedded in the Game to serve banner, interstitial, or rewarded video ads. AdMob may collect and process information such as:

• Unique Identifiers: Android Advertising ID (GAID) for advertising performance and attribution.

06 In-app reviews

If the Game offers Google Play In-App Reviews, you may be invited to leave a rating or review through Google Play. Google manages the review submission process under its own policies. We do not receive your Google account credentials or password through this feature.

07 In-app purchases and payments

If the Game offers in-app purchases (such as ad-removal passes, extra hints, or cosmetic items), purchases are processed directly by Google Play. We do not directly collect, view, or store your credit card details or financial credentials. Google processes transaction information under its own terms.

08 Offline play and internet access

The core arrow puzzle gameplay is accessible offline. However, an active internet connection is required to fetch advertisements via Google AdMob, download app updates, or restore/sync in-app purchases.

09 Information sharing

We do not sell personal contact information provided directly to us. Information automatically gathered by the Game is shared strictly with authorized service providers—primarily Google AdMob and Google Play—to deliver advertisements, maintain stability, analyze performance, and fulfill legal requirements.

10 Children's privacy

Arrow Escape Tap & Clear is a casual puzzle game intended for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal contact details from children.

For players under applicable age limits or in designated regions, Google AdMob is configured to comply with children's privacy standards (such as COPPA or GDPR child protection regulations) by restricting interest-based advertising and serving contextual ads where required.

11 Data security

We and our service partners implement reasonable technical safeguards to protect information handled by the Game. However, no digital storage or internet transmission method can be guaranteed 100% secure.

Locally stored gameplay data remains on your device until erased by you, the app, or the Android operating system. Technical advertising and diagnostic data collected by Google AdMob is retained according to Google's standard data retention schedules.
